Andrea is the most amazing woman. Through our two years of remodeling our house I learned that she’s quite handy with a hammer, and while watching her with my family, I learned that she has a very tender heart. She always remembers to reach out to those in need or to those who may be lonely. I can’t wait to watch her teach our children how to love and reach out to others.
Every day that I get to spend with her is a gift. She always makes me want to be a better person. I want to be a husband and father that she can be proud of. She is going to be the most amazing mother. I’ve seen the way she is with little children. They feel safe with her and she is very gentle with them. More than anything else in this world, I can’t wait for her to be able to be the mother that she has always wanted to be.
Andrea grew up in a small town on a farm and is the oldest of five kids. When she wasn’t babysitting her younger siblings, she was helping on the farm and learning how to work hard. She learned from her parents to serve others. She grew up loving to spend time gardening, working on the house, having campfires, going on walks around the neighborhood, sledding, snowboarding, and dancing.
College and Work
Andrea attended Brigham Young University and she loved every minute of college life. She got a degree in math education and taught at a high school in Salt Lake City. After five years of teaching math, she decided to switch directions and work in the financial industry. She now teaches families by helping spenders become savers and savers become informed investors. Andrea loves what she does, but can’t wait to be a stay at home mom!
